We are excited to say we are back in the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park for our hiking and yoga retreats in Wales.

Join us this October for our weekend or mid-week yoga retreat and stay in a family-owned manor house, with lots of space and room options. Enjoy a guided hike with qualified guides on one day and try horse riding, more hiking, visit Hay on Wye for the afternoon, relax in front of the open fire and a good book or have a treatment. Feel rested and restored and ready for winter.

With 4 hours of yoga a day, delicious organic vegan food from one of our fabulous chefs and gorgeous accommodation will help you feel calm and relaxed.

We will be running covid secure retreats, with reduced numbers and lots of space, as we did summer 2020 – so you will feel like you can relax and enjoy your experience with us.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: This may change as the pandemic evolves and we will keep you updated. This was added April 14th 2021. With the latest developments in the pandemic and lateral flow tests being available to everyone, we have decided to ask that everyone take 2 lateral flow tests prior to coming on retreat in the UK. If it comes back positive you have time to get a PCR test to confirm a positive test result. We ask for a negative PCR test for foreign holidays.

We take Coronavirus seriously on our hiking yoga retreat in the Brecon Beacons. We have reduced numbers to 11 to allow for social distancing and we have safety measures in place for your wellbeing. A twin/double room is for two people sharing either two single beds or a double bed.

Amy’s style of teaching comes from a place of nurturing. She wants you to feel free to explore the capabilities of your own body, respect your boundaries and learn how to heal and protect it. By blending strong, grounded hatha practises with the freedom found in Scaravelli and vinyasa she believes that each practise can help create the perfect balance between flexibility and stability in both body and mind.

About the yoga

On our autumn hiking yoga retreat in the Brecon Beacons, the classes are suitable for all abilities. From beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. Our inspiring and experienced teachers are well-practised at adapting the class to everyone’s level.

Depending on government guidelines, the classes will either be 2 hours each for the whole group, or there will be two staggered yoga classes for each yoga session scheduled to accommodate the group in order to follow the guidelines of social distancing.

The yoga teacher will create a more dynamic class in the morning to get you ready for the day’s hike and the evening class will be slightly longer to enable deep relaxation with yoga Nidra.

About the food

All of our retreat chefs are highly experienced and passionate about their craft. We have always been a vegan/vegetarian company! Expect delicious and creative brunch, lunch, and 2-course evening meal. Each meal will be balanced to keep you energised all day.

Our food is now 100% organic and locally sourced and we and our chefs are working towards reducing plastic and waste as much as possible.

This autumn yoga retreat in the Brecon Beacons is suitable for anyone who'd like a relaxing staycation in the UK to refresh and revive after the crazy time of lockdown that we have been in. Yoga to relax, healthy food to cleanse, time out to rebalance. Beginners are welcome as well as all ages. The hikes are suitable for all levels with the times varying for 2 to 3.5hrs each time.

Beautiful Brecon Beacons

If you love to be in the Welsh countryside, surrounded by rolling hills, rivers, streams, nature and peace and quiet this is the right yoga retreat for you. With the closest town being Brecon, you are in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. About 3 1/2 hrs from London or 1 1/2 hrs from Bristol, take time out of your busy schedule to really relax, and restore body and mind in this healing space.

You can choose to be as active or relaxed as you like on this yoga retreat, enjoy the free guided hike on the Saturday and then enjoy the grounds of the retreat to relax in on the Sunday. Or choose from a variety of activities in the surrounding area, there are a multitude of walks or hikes on offer. For those who want even more activity, try kayaking, mountain biking, horse riding climbing.


On our autumn yoga retreat in the Brecon Beacons, for the weekend guests are advised to arrive between 4 pm and 5.30 pm on Friday. This allows time to settle in before the first yoga class at 6 pm. Dinner will be served at 8.00 pm.

The retreat will end at 11am on Monday after a power hour yoga class and brunch.

The mid-week arrival day is Monday at 5pm and departing at 10am on Friday.

A typical day – this is based on staggered groups of 6 if government guidelines stipulate this. If not, there is one yoga class, one sitting for meals.
